The historical, cultural, and civilizational Fatih district is located in the heart of Istanbul. It is considered the beating center of tourism in the city, as it is surrounded by the sea on three sides and has an area of about 16 square kilometers, with a population of nearly half a million people. Fatih contains many popular markets and tourist attractions, the most important of which are Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Museum, and it includes Yenikapi and Eminonu ports.
