The new executive regulations of the Turkish citizenship law

The Turkish Ministry of the environment and Urban planning has recently obliged a new amendment for the executive regulations of the #Turkish_citizenship law about those who can get it by purchasing a property with 250 thousand dollars price value.

The new amendment has stated that’s now possible for property owners who had purchased their properties before 19/09/2018 and payed for them before the mentioned date to apply on the #Turkish_citizenship.

The amendment also includes those who had purchased their properties after 12/01/2017.

It’s worth mentioning that the #turkish_government has obliged a law in 19/09/2018 which states that those who purchase #properties_in_turkey with 250 thousand dollars price value or more can get the citizenship but this law didn’t include those who purchased their properties before the law’s obliging date.

But after the last amendment, now all property owners who had done the purchase process before the #turkish_citizenship law can apply to get it.

The new executive regulations include another amendment as well which state that now it is possible to buy the property from a Turkish citizen, Turkish company or another foreign investor, where before it was only possible to purchase a property from a Turkish citizen or a Turkish company in particular.
