Industrial investment in Turkey

The #Turkish_government has given a pack of privileges for those who want to invest in the Industrial sector in the country.

These privileges came within the government plan to encourage the foreign investor to establish new investments in Turkey.

And they are:

An exemption of the VAT when buying a land.

An exemption of the property taxes for five years starting from the establishment of the industrial facility date.

Decrease the prices of the electricity, water and gas and other services.

A tax exemption of the facility uses and construction.

It worth mentioning in the same matter that the #Turkish_government is providing a pack of facilities and privileges for foreign investors in general, whether they want to invest in business, industry or in the #turkish_real_estate_market.
