50 billion dollars ... The amount of the trade exchange between Turkey and Arab countries annually

According to the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, the amount of trade exchange between Arab countries and Turkey, is about 50 billion dollars annually.

Rashed bin Hamad al-Athba, the second vice president of the chamber, said in a statement to the Qatari Chamber of Commerce that trade exchange can be enhanced by enhancing cooperation between the Turkish and Arab private sectors and establishing mutual investments.

This came during the participation of #Qatar Chamber in the joint meeting of the Arab and Turkish Chambers, and the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Turkish-Arab Chamber of Commerce, which was held in the city of Antalya, Turkey on 10 and 11 September 2019.

The aim of the meeting is to strengthen economic and trade relations between #Turkey and #Arab countries

Al-Athba said the meeting dealt with ways of boosting economic and trade cooperation and increasing the volume of trade exchange.

He also pointed out that the trade exchange between Qatar and Turkey grew by 85% in 2018, to $ 2.4 billion compared to $ 1.3 billion in 2017.
