Esenyurt district in Istanbul Turkey

Esenyurt is one of the most renowned districts within Istanbul Province that belongs to a metropolitan municipality within the city. It is located on the European side of Istanbul.

Esenyurt Istanbul shares its boundaries with Avcilar district as well as Lake Kucukcekmece on the eastern portion. In the western part, you will find Büyükçekmece. 

On the northern side, you find Başakşehir, Arnavutköy and TEM road and Beylikdüzü and E-5 motorway on the southern portion.

Esenyurt Istanbul has seen major changes in the past few years, since massive residential complexes began popping up in the area. 

There are many cultural centers in Esenyurt like Esenyurt Cultural Centre, Saadetdere Cultural Centre, Yenikent Cultural Centre and Yunus Balta Cultural Centre.

It also has four parks: Recep Tayyip Erdoan Park, ehitler Park, Gaziler Park, and Kadir Topbaş Park.

Esenyurt's residential zone gained attention because of the new homes that can be purchased at a lower cost in comparison to the center of Istanbul.

There is also Istanbul Esenyurt university that is located near other famous universities, including Beykent, Fatih, Istanbul Arel, Istanbul and Istanbul Gelisim Universities.

The TUYAP Exhibition is located just 5 km from the center of Esenyurt  and 26 km from the Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

There are also many malls in Esenyurt like Torium Shopping Centre, Akbatı AVM and Eskule Shopping Centre.

Istanbul Esenyurt: Transportation

Esenyurt District Istanbul is predicted to attract a huge scale of investments in the near future, especially in the field of transportation.

The expansion of transportation will occur in the vicinity of D100 as well TEM highways and the associated roads due to them being easily accessible from every part within the metropolitan area.

Thus, some of the biggest real estate firms are exploring mega-projects in these areas.
